HELP - Signing up for a MyPlantSwap.com account - Just 3 steps!
                  Note: Currently, our service is only available to USA Residents.

1. Choosing a Username & Password, and entering your Email Address

The 1st step is to choose a Username that has up to 10 characters. Choose something that you will remember. Type this into the field provided. Choose a Password between 6-8 characters long. The longer the Password the better. And if you use a combination of Letters and Numbers... even better. Type this into the field provided. Make sure that you enter your Email Address in the field provided correctly. Double Check it, because it is the only way we have to communicate with you! If you ever change Email Addresses, you can update your email address with us from your Account Page.

2. Enter your Name, Shipping Address, and Secret Question

During this step, carefully enter your Name, and Shipping Address into the fields provided. This will be used when a successful swap is made, so that your swap partner can mail their item to you! The Secret Question is in case you forget your Password. Please choose a Secret Question from the drop down list provided and type in your answer to that question in the field provided... preferably in all lower case. You must place a check in the checkbox provided stating that you agree with our Terms and Conditions.

3. Choosing your Subscription Level to be paid for through Paypal

MyPlantSwap.com LLC uses Paypal as our payment processor. Paypal is a FREE service for our customers. Using Paypal as our payment processor automates the Subscription Process, and gives you Instant Access so you can begin swapping immediately! MyPlantSwap.com LLC uses Paypal solely as form of payment for subscriptions. There are no fees associated with sending money via paypal. If you already have a Paypal account, you will be able to log into your existing Paypal account during the signup process. If you do not have a Paypal account yet, you will be given the opportunity to create one during the sign up process. Paypal is easy, reliable, and secure.

Even if you are signing up for a Free Trial Subscription, you will still sign up through Paypal, but you will not be charged anything until after the Free Trial ends. After clicking on one of these Buttons, you will be automatically directed to Paypal.com where you will sign into your existing Paypal account and Confirm your Subscription to MyPlantSwap.com. If you do NOT have a Paypal Account yet, you will be able to sign up for one immediately. Paypal is easy, reliable, and secure.

NOTE: We do not hold any of your payment or financial information on our website. Only Paypal has this information. We will never see it. Simply put... you pay Paypal, and Paypal pays us.
