Changing your Subscription Level
You may change your Subscription Level at any time. Once you make this change your new price will be charged by your Paypal Account the next time your Subscription is due. Note: If you are in a Trial Period, your Trial Period will end immediately, and you will have to pay immediately for your new Subscription.

WARNING to those Downgrading!
If you are planning to downgrade your Subscription Plan and your Share & Wish Lists are Full, you should go remove the items of your choice, before downgrading, so that the number of items in your Share & Wish Lists are equal to, or lower, to what you are downgrading to. For example, if you are downgrading to the WildRose10 plan, you should remove items until there are only 10 items left in your Share List & 10 items left in your Wish List. If you are downgrading to the Clover5 plan, you should remove items until there are only 5 items left in each.

If you do not remove the items yourself, the system will delete the newest entries in your Lists automatically, until the number is correct.

Choose your own items to remove before downgrading!

1. Click on "My Account" at the top of any page.
2. Click on "Change My Subscription Plan" under the "My General Account Information" section.
3. Click on "Upgrading" if you wish to move to a larger Subscription Plan, or Click on "Downgrading" if you wish to move to a smaller Subscription Plan.
4. Pick a new Subscription Plan and click on the Paypal button provided. You will be redirected to Paypal where you must log in to complete the process of modifying your subscription.

Changing your Password
Changing your password is easy. You may want to do this from time to time to increase security. Just make sure that you write it down somewhere!

1. Click on "My Account" at the top of any page.
2. Click on "Change My Password" under the "My General Account Information" section.
3. Enter your old password in the field provided.
4. Enter your new password in the field provided and again in the "Confirm New Password" field.
5. Click the Submit button. Your password has now been changed.

Updating your Email Address
If you change your email address, you MUST update it with MyPlantSwap.com LLC.

1. Click on "My Account" at the top of any page.
2. Click on "Update My Email Address" under the "My General Account Information" section.
3. Edit your email address, entering the new one. Make sure you double check it!
4. Click on the Submit button. Your email address has now been updated.

Updating your Shipping Address
If you move, or want your swap items shipped to a different location, just update your shipping information.

1. Click on "My Account" at the top of any page.
2. Click on "Update My Shipping Info" under the "My General Account Information" section.
3. Edit any information that needs to be updated.
4. Click on the Submit button. Your shipping information has now been updated.

My Honeycomb Rating
Your "Honeycomb Rating" is your calling card for successful swaps. Have you been a Good Bee, or a Bad Bee? It is through this that the community will learn to trust you...or not! After you swap with another user, that user has the right to give you feedback. For every successful swap where you receive positive feedback, you receive one "Honeycomb" point. For every successful swap where you receive negative feedback, a point is deducted from your "Honeycomb Rating". If a user Abuses the system, for example, cursing on a comment, MyPlantSwap.com LLC will actually step in and deduct an additional point from their rating. PLEASE do not Abuse the System!

Below your "Honeycomb Rating", you will also see several sections of information related to your Rating. "My Recent Ratings" displays how many times you have been pollinated or stung in the past month, six months, and 1 year. Below that is all the comments that you have received from your swap partners.

Payment Problems
Occasionally Paypal payment problems may arise. Usually these matters can be fixed easily by logging into your paypal account and finding out what is going on. MyPlantSwap.com LLC does not store any of your payment or financial information on our website. Only Paypal has this information. We will never see it. Simply put... you pay Paypal, and Paypal pays us.

Canceling My Account
In the event that you need to cancel your account, you may do so at anytime. Note: There is no pro-rating or refunds given. So it's best to cancel your account right before it is due to be renewed for the next month.

Before you cancel your subscription, you should make sure that all swap tasks in your Busy Bee Match Page have been completed. If there are uncompleted tasks, (such as "Withdraw", "Accept/Decline", "Ship It", or "Pollinate/Sting"), you should complete these swap tasks before canceling your subscription.

When you cancel your subscription, all of your uploaded Share items (along with their photos), your Wish items and your Busy Bee matches will be deleted from the system forever.

Your User Information will be kept on file for a one (1) month grace period, in case you decide to return. After 1 month, your User Information will be purged from the system automatically.

1. Make sure all swap tasks in your Busy Bee Match Page have been completed. (See Note Above.)
2. Click on "My Account" at the top of any page.
3. Click on "Cancel My Subscription" under the "My General Account Information" section.
4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" Button & Follow the Paypal Cues from within your Paypal Account.
